2011-07-12

The 2011 Taipei TV Festival will be held from September 21 to 23.

Recognizing the TV industry as a key to bolstering the nation's cultural development, Taiwan's Government Information Office has organized the Taipei TV Festival (TTF) since 2004. This event has brought Taiwan's quality programs and talent into the global spotlight, underscoring the nation's importance as a top source of Chinese-language TV shows and professions.

The activities of this year have been designed in line with the government's Flagship Plan for Television Content. By circulating its program abroad, Taiwan can share its unique culture, customs and scenery with the world. The plan is also expected to spur a massive increase in the output value of the local TV content industry.
